Phaori

Phase Origin of the dataset for generation of a final map

Phase Origin [phaori]

allows to specify the phase origin that should be applied while creating a final map. This phase origin will also be used when merging this dataset to other data from other images. Two registers are provided to specify the phase origin that should be applied for 1) p1 non-symmetrized reconstructions, and 2) for symmetrized reconstruction. These might be different for a tilted sample, if a slightly different phase origin is required for 3D merging that the local pseudo-symmetric phase origin might suggest.

Phase Origin before Synthetical Reference [phaoriFouFilter]

Phase Origin of the image after unbending with the Fourier filtered image itself as reference. This one is used to put the synthetical reference onto this location. This one here is then not changed anymore during phase origin refinement with the result of SynRef unbending, in order to prevent drifting of the phase origin location during iterative unbending refinement cycles. 360 degrees corresponds to a full real space unit cell shift. Ranges -360 to 360.

Phase Origin Change [phaori_change]

Change to be added to current phase origin value.

Last Phase Origin Change [phaori_last_change]

This is the Phase Origin change that was recently added to the phase origin value.
