Masking

Masking Fourier Radius (To blur the border of the mask) [fourmask]

Choose the radius in Fourier Space that will be used for blurring the mask. eg 0.1.

Crop into smaller, square image? [mask_crop]

Choose if the original size should be kept (n), or if the output image should have smaller dimensions (y).

Reset reference location to center of masked area after cropping? [mask_reset_reflocation]

Choose if the reference location should be reset to the center of the masked patch after cropping, or if it should remain where it is now.

Radius of Fourier Filter Masks? [invmask_radius]

Defines the Radius of the masks to be used, in pixels.

Shape of Fourier Filter Masks? [invmask_type]

Defines the Shape of the masks to be used.

  1. circular
  2. gaussian
  3. rectangular

Which Spots to mask? [invmask_spots]

Defines if the spots from the spot list should be masked or all spots.
